Research On The Policy System Of Big Data Technology

The current information technology develops rapidly,the world’s major countries actively formulate science and technology policy to promote the development of large data technology.As a basic strategic resource,the large data is also actively incorporated into the national strategy.China’s large data industry is still in the early stage of development,the market potential is enormous.At present,China’s large data development is still in its infancy,the policy system of the development of large data technology is not yet perfect and needs to be further optimized.Firstly,this paper researches the development of large data and combs the theory of large data technology,and defines the concepts of large data technology.Then,the production conditions of large data technology and the dynamic factors of the development of large data technology are expounded.This paper compares the policy system of the world’s major countries and our policy system,analyzes the highlights of the respective policy system,and discovers the technical roadmap of the development of China’s large data technology.At present,China’s large data technology basic research is weak,large data technology talent shortage,large data industry application model is more unitary.In this paper,from macroscopic,meso and microcosmic three aspects,we analyze,compare the specific aspects of policy demand and policy supply,try to find the balance of supply and demand in policy system,encourage technological innovation,and study the optimization path of the policy system of China’s large data technology development.Finally,our Government should strengthen the basic research of large data,encourage the key technology research and development,encourage technological innovation,and actively formulate the industrial support policy and talent training plan,increase the investment in the development of large data technology.In formulating policies,we should grasp the relationship between national and local government based on the system theory.This paper combines empirical research with normative research,using text analysis,contrastive study method and system engineering method to study the policy system of large data technology development,which is of positive significance.
