Nowadays,with the rapid development of electronic manufacturing,more and more people pay attention to the intelligent equipment manufacturing based on the precision detection technology.The 3D vision technology based on linear structured light has high accuracy,high efficiency,wide range,simple structure,non-contact etc.It has been widely used in precision detection field,and becomes a research hotspot in today's world.In order to obtain the 3D point cloud data of industrial parts or electronic components,a new scanning method was instructed based on the general structure.The camera and object were fixed,while the linear structured light rotated driven by the stepper motor which was held together by the gear.This method can be applied to scenes where the scanned object is difficult to move,such as pricision vision detection.According to the above method,this paper designed a set of 3D vision system used in precision detection scene.With the construction of the hardware and software platform and the research of the relevant image algorithm,the whole process of reconstruction from image acquisition to 3D point cloud data obtaining is completed.In this paper,the research mainly focused on the following aspects:(1)On the basis of the existing technology,the paper adopted the method of active scanning to build the 3D reconstruction vision system,and realized image acquisition,camera calibration,structured light calibration and point cloud calculation.(2)The theory of camera calibration,line structured light plane calibration and stripe center extraction was studied and analyzed,and the algorithm was improved in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy.(3)According to the different functional modules in the reconstruction,the vision system was divided.The lower machine was equipped with Linux OS and the upper one was Windows OS,which communicated through network.The UI interface was designed by Qt in the upper computer.(4)By simulating the scenes of the two kinds of precision detection,the system was used to reconstruct the 3D data of industrial parts and electronic components.The experimental results showed high accuracy and good effect.
