Nowadays,with the rapid progress of mobile communication technology,we need to improve the bandwidth of mobile communication,and the gradual reduction of mobile communication resources.For the problem of limited frequency resources,TD-LTE technology has incomparable advantages over other techniques.TD-LTE technology has a very high frequency utilization,which is more than 3 times than 3G and other HSPA technology.TD-LTE technology in frequency utilization efficiency,delay and rate has unique advantages,is everyone’s favorite,can provide the richness and diversity of services for people,on a certain extent promoted the mobile industry development.There are some similarities between TD-LTE wireless network planning and the planning of 2G and 3G networks,but there are also many differences.The paper firstly analyzes the system model of TD-LTE and the physical layer and other related technologies,including TD-LTE physical layer technology,MIMO technology and OFDM technology.Based on the planning principle of wireless network,the wireless network coverage and capacity of TD-LTE system are analyzed.The characteristics and evaluation criteria of TD-LTE network planning are analyzed from the aspects of link budget and capacity,and the parameters of wireless access network are analyzed,such as scope,capacity and address.At the same time,the selection principle and planning model of TD-LTE system are analyzed in this paper.For TD-LTE system problems of wireless network coverage,this paper presents a RF optimization process,field sampling and analysis in Harbin city as an example,the results showed that adding RF optimization has greatly increased the urban TD-LTE continuous cover effect.For the insufficient coverage problem that the RF optimization process cannot solve,this paper puts forward again the wireless site planning;U-Net software simulation results show that reasonable new site can effectively enhance the original weak coverage areas cover effect.
