Property management information system is a necessary tool to support the management of property information.Now property management has entered a new era of information,automation,networking as the main features,Various platforms of the property management information system and APP in the field of property management has been vigorously promoted and used.But now there is a difference between the business needs of the property industry customers,Standardized property systems are not fully meet their needs,A large part of the customer not only requires the property system to achieve its own property managemen,but also requires the property with other large software systems such as: real estate system,ERP system and other real-time linking up for achieving entire firm and even the group’s information management and improving the efficiency of the work.Based on the strategic objectives of promoting the construction of information technology,for integrating various resources effectively and realizing the operation automation,management network and decision making,In order to improve enterprise management level and decision-making efficiency,and thus enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and economic benefits.Xin’Ao Group Limited by Share Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as "Xin’Ao Group")commissioned Shenzhen siyuan Computer Software Co.Ltd(Hereinafter referred to as "Siyuan")to design and development a practical property management system,ETS(The full name is "Estate Informatization Total Solution")extended system.According to the customer’s system requirements research report,through a comprehensive analysis,detailed analysis,taking into account the possibility of technical realization,system stability,etc.,this paper decided to adopt the client/server(Client/Server)system structure of system development,the system is language C#.Using Windows development loop exit and.Net development platform,database storage is SQL server.The main research contents of this paper include four main modules of the ETS expansion system: data input module,expansion module,report making module and interface module.Data import module,support system of various types of basic data of the batch import module.Extension module,operation module provides the mass increasing of non-recurring charge and purchased Check clearing.Report management module,which provides the module of report making function of all modules.Interface management module,support Siyuan ETS data linkage system and Kingdee system expansion,including real estate/client interface and financial vouchers interface.The research of this topic has already realized the requirement function of the ETS expansion system of Xin’Ao group property management.At present,the system has completed functional testing and performance testing,and successfully passed the company level test,in accordance with the design requirements of the various indicators.The ETS expansion system is now operating and using in the Ennovation group normally.
