Design And Implementation Of Community Property Management System Based On Android

With the development of the market economy and the improvement of people's living standard,the residential area has become the first choice for people to settle down,and hundreds of thousands to millions of residential areas abound.The more money people spend,the more beautiful and the quality of housing itself is required.At the same time,users also hope that the property district has good service and management,such as the maintenance of the district requires the improvement of residential management.This requires the residential property management of macroscopic and the microscopic careful management of property management,which is the best way to develop residential property management system,realize the management of residential property,such as residential maintenance,complaints,improve the search,update and maintenance efficiency.In this paper,the development status of the property management system is firstly introduced,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current property management system has,then according to the actual situation of our country,the specific application of the community management system based on Android and the development are introduced,the detailed explanation of the practical value;from the economic feasibility,technology the feasibility and feasibility of the management carried out a feasibility analysis of the system.According to the requirements of the system,we divide the system into six functional modules,they are community announcement,fault warranty management,adding property management,payment management,communication management and complaints management.In addition,non-functional requirements are considered.The system adopts MVC mode,the system architecture is based on open source framework SSH.In client side,we use Volley,which is a third-party network request framework,to achieve client-server interaction.In server-side,we use JSP and Servlet technology to provide Web services.Finally,this paper carries on the detailed test,verifies all functions and non-functional requirements involved in the system are satisfied.This system is easy to use.The client of the system,some community owners can understand the community bulletin information whenever and wherever possible,see property fault equipment repair status or part of their property with real-time feedback,payproperty costs of hydropower recharge whenever and wherever possible,to provide convenience for the owners,but also improve the work efficiency of the property company.
