Study On The Management Mode Of Archives In The Digital Campus Context

University archives are very important materials in the its construction and development,as well as scientific research and teaching process.It is highly valuable in academic research and application.Meanwhile they are very precious university cultural education resources.As along as administrators manage university archives properly,the archives can provide preferable theoretical basis to future university teaching and scientific research activities and reveal authentic history features of university.Chinese management on university archives resources mainly focus on traditional modes of management.However,as the rapid development of higher education and the great progress of information technology,the university archives management enter a brand-new phase of development.On the basis of studying the relevant theories of archives management mode in colleges and universities at home and abroad,the author takes the definition of archival management model as the starting point,and the author summarized the concepts of college archives management mode,and the type of detailed analysis of the traditional archives management mode,namely centralized,decentralized and centralized scattered combination.Extension to the analysis of archives management mode s in the digital campus context,the author introduced the connotation of the digital campus and the architecture,and the author analyzed the relationship between the digital campus construction and archives work,and summing up the similarities and differences among the two archive management modes.Then the author introduced three kinds of archives management mode,and they are the records are generated institutions custody,archival institutions escrow or a combination.Finally,the case study about Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics archives work,by investigating the status of Zhengzhou University of Aeronautics archives work management,digital campus construction,to explore the digital campus background archives management model.This model is mainly for electronic document management,so the electronic records life cycle theory as a guide to records integration for the construction of the principle of a detailed records management model to build plans.In this mode,according to the role of the different permissions for the three blocks,namely the school archives,records generation agencies and ordinary users.The model establishes the rights management system,and the standard system and the security system,through the establishment of the records authority control and standardization,in order to ensuring the electronic records is true,effective and complete.Enhance the credibility of electronic records,at the same time improving the efficiency of archives,following the school development trend,so that archives work into the digital campus construction.
