Radio resource management is an important issue of the integration of heterogeneous network.Based on the QoS requirements of the service,the heterogeneous network allocates resource to improve the utilization of radio resources.Because of the popularity of wireless networks and the diversity of service,the requirement of QoE is demanding.Meanwhile,the reliability,stability,scalability of the heterogeneous network is also increasingly demanding.It is an urgent need of an efficient radio resource management mechanism to ensure that the entire heterogeneous network fusion system has good performance.Common Radio Resource Management(CRRM),Joint Radio Resource Management(JRRM),Multi-access Radio Resource Management(MRRM)and Cooperative Radio Resource Management(Co-RRM)are four key technologies of the basic radio resource management.By researching the Qo S requirement of the service and reading the literature RFC2474 and RFC1122,we compare the similarities and the differences between IP precedence and DSCP to develop the service priority according to the service classification.Associated QoS with the priority,I propose an optimization algorithm in this paper.The algorithm in the paper is based on service priority,and recalculates the requirement of QoS.According to the Qo S requirement and service priority,we make reallocation of the radio resource by the Qo S demand fairness criteria,to achieve the optimization of radio resource management.We built a simulation platform based on NS3 for heterogeneous wireless network simulation and test.By simulating the network on NS3 network simulation platform,and processing the data on matlab,analyze the data of the result of the network simulation from four aspects: throughput,transmission delay,packet drop and congestion.It shows that Radio Resource Management Based on Priority of Service Algorithm(RRMBPSA)can not only ensure the Qo S requirement of the service with lower priority,but also improve the QoS of the service with higher priority.Consequently,the algorithm RRMPSA improves the utilization of radio resources.
