Design And Implementation Of Project Management Platform For NanZhu Construction

With the development of economy,all kinds of industries gradually combine with Internet technology,and realized economic transformation.Complicated business processes,long period and own characteristics of the construction industry lead to the traditional rough model of development being dominant.The development of construction industry informatization is slow,which has been a huge obstacle to the industry and enterprises.In order to better use Internet technology and data information to help the enterprises develop,this paper designs and implements a set of project management software which meets the business requirements of NanZhu Construction Company and helps the business manage and develop better.This paper analyzed the business process and requirements in detail,using NHibernate and Spring.net,based on the idea of software engineering,and designed and implemented the project management platform for NanZhu Construction Company.The management platform is divided into 11 function modules,including: workflow management is used to set the business approval process.Bidding management is used to manage the whole process in the bidding stage.Schedule management managed the planned and actual schedule.Intelligent early-warning management uses a model of early-warning evaluation to assess level and handles automatically.Contract management is used to manage contracts and a series of related work.Material management is used to manage the behaviors about purchase,storage and usage.At first,this paper analyzed the problems in NanZhu Construction Co.and the development in the construction industry at home and abroad and determined the main function module according to overall architecture analysis,case analysis and data flow analysis.Then this paper designed the system database and core module realization process and finally showed the interface of system some the test cases for the software testing.The system platform has been run in a small scale in the company internal and gotten good feedback.Now the system runs normally and meets the requirements of the company’s business.The system standardized the business process,enhanced the cooperation among regional department and improved the working efficiency.
