With the development of science and technology, electricity customers need more and more energy to meet their development and need high quality requirements of the power supplied. These requirements put forward a major test of the equipment management level of power enterprises. The traditional electric power equipment management mode has strictly equipment management process, but traditional technology means slow processing speed, asymmetry information and does not protect economy reliability and efficiency. It is difficult to meet the needs of smart grid management.In this paper, the electric equipment defect management system, will supply company power equipment unified entry into the system, to power supply company in the actual production process of electric power equipment defects found, repair and tracking management demand, through the closed loop function of the design and development of defect management, ledger management, two tickets management, log and work management, and complete electric equipment defect management, defect detection, treatment and statistical analysis of the whole process of computer management.Defect management system is based on the J2 EE integration tools, used Java language Spring framework for the development of equipment defect management front interface and background based on the logic, used Mongo DB data processing of all kinds of power equipment of semi-structured information, could greatly improve the transaction rate. Using UML to reach agreement with the customer demand, It can help the customer needs to understand the system realization and the design goal, and each of the members of the team knows that his or her work content in panoramic blueprint position.
