| With the development of computer integrated manufacturing system(CIMS),the production mode of manually "bundling" in traditional industrial production has been challenged.Thus the clothing hanging pipeline system comes into being.It greatly improves the efficiency and the space utilization,which solves the problem of efficiency loss and resources waste in traditional artificial transmission.The popularity of clothing hanging pipeline system was limited at home largely by the lack of own products and by the high costs of products home and abroad.So the design principle of the controller is on the premise that the system should meet the business needs,and try to control the system development cost.Without blindly pursuing of high-grade,precision and advanced products,using and combining the mature technology effectively is also a kind of innovation.Based on the clothing hanging pipeline transmission equipment cooperated with Shanghai Dongzhu Intelligent Company,this paper designs a kind of clothing hanging pipeline controller based on MCU in line with the mechanical structure of clothing hanging pipeline.This paper firstly introduces the control principle of clothing hanging system and a detailed analysis of the function of the controller,and the overall scheme of control system has been designed.The controller uses PIC18F97J60 as the main control chip,using Ethernet communication with PC.This design has the advantages-less peripheral circuit,convenient design,high stability of communication.It designs a user-friendly man-machine interface,including LCD display and keyboard,which makes the operation simple and easy to use.Besides,the other peripheral circuit also includes a photoelectric sensor,the signal reader,and the driving circuit design of a storage electromagnetic valve and a motor lifting arm.The precise control of the speed of the motor lifting arm is the basis of the successful enter and exit of the hanger.Secondly,this paper introduces control algorithm of fuzzy sliding mode to solve the hanger failure problems caused by the work load changes of lifting arm system of the clothing hanging pipeline and speed instability results from external interference,when it enter and exit the station.It conducts mathematical modeling to the lifting arm system and designs fuzzy sliding mode controller.The fuzzy control device used the membership function to fuzz the switching function of sliding surface and then made an estimation and adjustment of the switching gain according to the fuzzy reaching condition.Finally,the MATLAB simulation results verify the controller can track the speed of the lifting arm system in high precision which has practical application value.In view of the overall design scheme and control algorithm of the controller,the controller uses the modular design method to design hardware and anti-jamming hardware for the main chip and its basic circuit module,Ethernet communication module,serial communication module of card reader,man-machine interface module,input and output module,motor control module.Then,it carries out the design of the software and anti-jamming software for each module.Finally,in the MPLAB environment to debug the controller,verify the feasibility of the controller to implement the automatic import and export of the hanger.At present,the controller has been put into use.The practical application proves the feasibility and the market value of this research project. |
