Research On Clothing Hanging Pipieline Communication System Based On CAN

Recently, with the development of national economy, the clothing industry is unexceptionally experiencing major variation. The mode of clothing production has shifted from volume-produce to small scale order form and the production cycle is sharply shortened. The traditional method has gradually shown its inferiority in efficiency, administration and the ability to apply to market, as a result is replaced by clothing-hanging pipeline which is more adaptive and flexible.The subject preserves the transmission device of clothing hanging pipeline and proposes a complete communication system including spot field bus network, field bus node device and the adapter for monitor PC.This dissertation first introduces the structure of clothing hanging pipeline, then discribes the function of each component and the role that communication system palys. Afterwards, makes detailed description on design of hardware and implementation of system software.On design of work station intelligent terminal, chooses CAN as communication network, adopts the high performance ARM core microprocessor LPC2212 and develops power unit, reset unit, display unit and CAN interface circuit. Adds signal isolation device to decrease the lnfluence of common mode voltage. Meanwile uses feasible bidirectional protection equipment to reduce vast scale voltage fluctuation such as lightning shock and ESD.On design of adapter for monitor PC, applies PCI as the interface bus between PC and CAN and makes use of the PCI bus to realize the PCI interface circuit and develops the inter connection of two different bus.Implements the framework of intelligent terminal communication program, develops the driver and fuction program DLL for monitor PC adapter. Discribes the flow of pipeline operation in combiantion with communication sysytem.Finally, summarize the whole dissertation and ists a series of problem and solution we met in the design and proposes some suggestion on system optimization.
