| In today’s era traditional mineral resources become more and more exhausted,the environmental pollution is increasingly serious,solar energy as a renewable clean energy its development and application prospect is very broad.In the context of this issue the photovoltaic industry has been widely used,solar photovoltaic power station as a terminal industry,its number and size of construction also increased year by year,how to protect the generation efficiency of photovoltaic power plant and reduce its operating costs have become a seriously problem.Photovoltaic power plants need a huge number of solar panel array series parallel combination to achieve output power,It covers an area of vast and need to construct in remote and harsh environment area,which causes the problem of monitoring difficult and high cost in monitoring.In the actual operation of the power station,the shadow which caused by sand and dust on the battery plate and the crack which produced in process of component production,transportation,installation links,both of them will have a huge impact on the output of power station.If not effective monitor these fault components in time,it will seriously influence the normal work of power plant.The system level monitoring scheme which has been used based on PV junction box and inverter is difficult to detect the fault components caused by the above reasons,and still unable to find accurate position of the fault component.The monitoring scheme based on infrared thermal imaging technology is also very difficult to achieve efficient monitoring,because of its expensive equipment and complex operation.Aiming at the existing monitoring problems of photovoltaic power station components and taking advantage of the characteristics of wireless sensor network which include strong flexibility,chip and ZigBee wireless communication technology is proposed in this project.The real-time achieved voltage and current data of node which install in the PV array,transmit to the host computer through the wireless network,then host computer will analysis and process these data,through monitoring the working state of components by host computer to achieve the problems-finding goals.Compared with the general monitoring system,this system can realize the remote monitoring for the working state of the PV module.The system nodes are powered by photovoltaic modules and can be integrated in the assembly of the PV junction box,with high economic application.The wireless transmission mode of system is flexible without restriction,the way of system monitoring has the characteristics of real-time,high efficient,simple and accurate,can deal with a variety of fault conditions occurred in PV module.The thesis describes the design and implementation of the system,tested in laboratory and industrial field. |
