The data generator room of data center(Power distribution cabinet,Power supply cabinet,UPS,Generator,Battery,etc.),environment(Air conditioning,Water Leakage detection,Temperature and Humidity),fire(Smoke detection),security(Infrared detection,Access control)and other equipment to provide security and reliable operation of equipment for data center computer equipment.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety and reliability of the communication system,it is necessary to monitor and manage the power,environment and other equipment in the data generator room.Based on the analysis and classification of the power and environment equipment in the data center,we design and develop the centralized monitoring unit to monitor and control the equipment in the data generator room.The hardware circuit design of centralized acquisition unit based on i.MX287 of The NXP as core unit,and the design of power supply circuit,Dual Ethernet interface circuit,interface circuit,intelligent equipment,data acquisition circuit,external storage circuit,USB bus interface circuit module.The software’s design and development of centralized monitoring unit based on The Ubuntu14.04 LTS operating system,Porting Linux2.6.35 kernel,preparation of each hardware module driver,configuration file system,application program and compile after burning monitoring unit hardware platform.In addition,the basic centralized monitoring software is designed to realize the centralized monitoring of the equipment in the data center room and the debugging of the system.The design and development of the centralized monitoring unit is stable,can achieve real-time monitoring of power and environment system,reduce the cost of human resources,reduce maintenance costs.
