Research On Information Service Problem And Countermeasure Of Precision Medical Care

The precision medical will be raised to the national development strategy level during "The 13 th Five-Year Plan" period 60 billion will be invested to support the development of accurate medical before 2030 and the national medical career will enter into new development stage.As emerging research hot topic,information service development is still in its infancy,and group medical information service has been unable to meet their development needs.Thus,via finding suitable information services for precision medical development,the level and process of precision medical information services can be improved,and precision medical develop better than ever.In order to understand the current situation and existing problems of Chinese precision medical information service,this study analyzed the development of Chinese precision medical information service by studying some hospitals in Shandong Province.The research objects of this paper were: hospital administrators,medical staff,information center staff.The use of information science and information services and user research methods and information access behavior,information needs theory.The research on the information psychology,information demand,information provision,information retrieval,information utilization and effect,information acceptance and information evaluation were carried out.According to the survey data,we found following problems in the development of precision medical information service in Shandong province:First: The necessary institution for the development of precision medical information service need be built;Second: Lacking of knowledge of medical information services,high cost of information technology,lacking of medical resources,poor diagnosis and treatment effect;Third: There are too many knowledge nodes in the process of precision medical information service,and gaps in the process;Fourth: The personnel issues problems: poor service consciousness,lack of talent shortage,poor information retrieval ability.Aiming at the four problems,the following measures are adopted:First: The establishment of accurate medical information service institutions;Second: Increase the promotion of precision medical knowledge,accelerate the development of medical resources,innovate the information service paradigm,and improve the effective utilization of medical resources;Third: Improve the knowledge node,reduce the process gap,optimize the information service process;Fourth: Strengthen the construction of talent team,to speed up the demand forecasting work,improve the information service consciousness and the degree of specialization.
