Financial reimbursement is one of the basic operations in the financial management of enterprises and it is also the largest proportion of the daily financial management business.For an enterprise,a large number of reimbursement documents will beproduced everyday.The reimbursement management directly reflects the management level of enterprises.The management of documents,storage and review is also an important part of enterprise financial management.However,due to the mode of manual management adopted the current majority of enterprises,the loss of bills,the number of votes audit unreasonable often occur.Based on this background,imaging system of reimbursement platform is put forward by focusing to realize the enterprise reimbursement and achieve the digital management in this paper.The reimbursement of financial openness and fairness is further improved.It is designed for the large enterprise group,so the centralized reimbursement platform imaging system is designed by B/S mode,under J2 EE framework,using SSH framework design.It is implemented through the Java language and JSP technology.In the whole development process,UML technology is used to design the system.Firstly,the system needs is analyzed.Image description of the enterprise financial reimbursement business application dynamic graph is made.The problems existing in the existing business are analyzed.In view of the existing problems,the function of the reimbursement platform image system is improved.The system of document management,document scanning and image management function are analyzed in detail.On the basis of demand analysis,the three-layer architecture of the system is used by Struts + Spring + Hibernate integration architecture.The presentation layer,application layer and data layer design and implementation process are described.Performance layer is mainly achieved through the MVC framework Struts technology,JSP and Servlet technology.Application layer is achieved by using Spring technology.Various business interface is programmed.Data layer is achieved by using Hibernate object relational framework to connect to the database.According to the demand analysis,the system contains three main function modules: document management,document scanning and image management.The documents management module system is designed to complete receiving,returning and transferringthe documents.Document scanning module is designed to achieve the scanning of the document image.By the OCR technology,the identification of the document information is realized.Image management has three sub functions such as data management module,parameter design and image management.The metadata management is used for the data management.the data table can be edited and revisedby metadata management.It is more conducive for the massive data management.The basic parameters of the system are set through the parameter management.The images in the database are queried and deleted can be through the image management.Finally,the black box is used to test system.The test results show that the system performs smoothly.The implementation of reimbursement platform imaging system is important to promote the management of enterprise financial reimbursement.On the one hand,the problems of document storage and query are solved by the documents digital management.On the other hand,it is more conducive to document management.It is open and fair.The normative of financial reimbursement is improved.In this paper,the design and implementation process of the system have a certain guiding significance and reference value for the development of similar systems in related enterprise.
