Design And Implementation Of Centralized Reimbursement System Of Liaohe Engineering And Technology Department

With the rapid development of enterprise information construction,centralized reimbursement has become the development demand of enterprise financial management.Centralized reimbursement system solves the drawbacks of traditional manual reimbursement,such as slow reimbursement and heavy workload.To help enterprises improve their business,improve production efficiency and reduce the cost of enterprises.This paper comprehensively analyzes the present situation and existing problems of LiaoHe Engineering and Technology Department,designs a financial service system which integrates the standardization of business process,the refinement of budget management and the visualization of reimbursement documents to speed up the informatization of financial management.Based on the actual situation of Liaohe Engineering and Technology Department,through investigating the users' demand for the function and performance of the centralized reimbursement system,this paper constructs five functional modules,which are basic functional module,business functional module,system process module,control management module and query and statistics module.Through the technical realization and testing of each functional module of the system,a relatively complete centralized reimbursement system is finally realized.The system uses SQL Server 2008 as the backstage database to design the B/S structure of the reimbursement system,mainly using Web Service,OCR identification technology,to achieve business applications and cost reimbursement system flow,institutionalization;to achieve a reasonable budget and cost approval expenditure management and control;to achieve physical documents and electronic documents.According to the combination of physical documents and electronic document information consistent image information.Make the financial management work more effective,more convenient,more humanized,Reduce the workload of financial staff,improve the productivity of business people.
