With the continuous development of information technology,modern management needs dynamic,fine management.in power engineering management,human resources as the main management power of the traditional way already cannot adapt to the modern management needs.The national Power Grid Corp vigorously promote the reform,the implementation of the "three set five" system,after the reform also led to the data of new enterprises increased significantly,in order to strengthen the control ability from the headquarters,the State Grid Corporation headquarters leadership needs of each construction project data and information timely query and statistics,various infrastructure projects the general staff,the need for various infrastructure projects and data collection and collation of information in a timely manner.At present,the power grid infrastructure management needs to spend a lot of time to carry out artificial statistics,transfer,audit,query,any link in the middle of an error,all aspects will be affected.This paper combines the actual situation of power grid project,in the process of management project construction,with the aid of software development technology and development mode of power grid project on the project information management.The focus is on the management of the idea of a more detailed exposition of the specific functions of the division and the realization of the process.The overall design is based on the computer technology,learn the essence and characteristics of the project schedule management of power grid project construction project,using the knowledge of software engineering,developed a set of city power grid construction management information system,in order to improve the electrical network construction in the process of work efficiency,ensure that the power grid project quality to meet the national standards.During the period,the two requirements of the system are discussed,that is,functional requirements and non-functional requirements,and different frame views are constructed from the important function and performance.First of all,the project schedule management system is discussed,and its research background is discussed.And expounds the related studies on the progress of the project management system at home and abroad,the current domestic does not have a mature and complete function,can realize the system on electric power project management whole process management.Then,the paper mainly discusses the key theoretical foundation and the key technology of software development.After analyzing the requirement of construction management information system for power grid of the city,to provide reference basis for the development of the design of this system,including the analysis of the target system,key business processes and the function of the demand.Then,the paper carries on the detailed design to the system,including to the system overall frame design,each function module design and the database detailed design.Finally,according to the previous work to complete the coding and testing of the system,and introduced the grid infrastructure management system test environment and test cases,and demonstrated the system's key functional interface.The system has been deployed in the field of power operation,and has achieved good results.According to the various characteristics of power grid project management,combined with the theories of project management,the establishment of a management system based on information management of grid construction project will make use of information technology,construction efficiency,schedule,safety,quality and cost management of power grid project can be effectively improved.
