Design And Implementation Of College Graduates Employment Management System

With the expansion of the enrollment scale of colleges and universities,the number of graduates is increasing year by year,the employment of graduates has become a topic of concern of the whole society,which brings great challenges to the management of college graduates’ employment.At present,the employment of college graduates to increase the amount of information,with the vast majority of college graduates employment information management work or take the traditional work mode,information transfer,data statistics processing method is relatively backward.In order to increase employment rate,and help graduates find a good job,it is necessary for college graduates’ employment management to establish an efficient employment management system.This paper aims to analyze Lanzhou Jiaotong University Bowen College employment management.The paper starting from the current situation and problems of employment management,based on the demand analysis of the system.In accordance with the software engineering theory,techniques and tools designed a college graduates’ employment information management network-based system.This paper discusses on the development platform of.NET,using UML unified modeling language,based on ASP.NET,using SQL Server 2005 database and other related technologies,business processes and functional requirements of the graduates’ employment management are introduced and analyzed in details.This paper also analyze the main functions of the system module.And redesigned the students basic information management,graduates employment information management and user management modules.As a result,graduates will be able to get reliable employment information on the system,and also the graduates will be able to view and modify personal information,and upload personal resume on system.Approved by the system administrator,the employers can post recruitment information in the system,and to view graduates employment information easily.The system has been tested in each functions.Which includes the administrator module and interface module testing,test students test,the main test case,the key steps and some test results are provided to show that the system functions well executed by testing,stable operation,no obvious error occurs,the data processing is more accurate.The meets the employment need of the school management.The purpose of Lan Zhou Jiao Tong University Bowen college graduates employment management system is for building a connection between in an information technology.The system closely connected schools,students and employers in an information technology way.The system will benefits employment information management standardization and centralization.By using this system employers can improve work efficiency.The system saves time,and reduce workload both for employers and students.At the same time,this system helps school updates students’ employment situation timely,and also the system is a sustained development platform for college and university’s development.
