| This article mainly studies the development model of museums and cultural and creative industries in different regions,analyzes the way from product design to commercialization step by step,explores and studies the innovative modes of museum cultural and creative products from the perspective of product management.Through this innovative model for practical verification,we systematically design cultural and creative products for the "September 18th" Museum of History and provide reference for future design and innovation of cultural and creative products through this innovative model.Through the field research and internet information analysis and research,we investigated the business model of successful cultural and creative industries such as the National Palace Museum,Eslite Bookstore,British Museum and Disney Venture Capital.,Cultural "IP" and derivative design of the three key elements to explore Museum of cultural and creative brand new model.After the logical framework of combing,various types of cultural and creative units of the commercialization of one by one in-depth analysis.Based on the integration of related design elements in the two dimensions of "product" and "operation",the logical structure of the innovative mode of museum cultural and creative products is deduced.After the above research,we extract the product design characteristics of the image concept,cross-border integration,story reduction and functional quality,combined with the business model of independent authorization,subordinate management,experiential economy and circular industrial chain.Finally,History Museum of cultural and creative product design as an example to verify.Combining the logical framework of this innovative model,a series of cultural and creative products based on "Anti-Japanese War","Salvation","Renaissance" and "Peace" are designed.Innovative products to promote cultural and rational development of commercialization.The core of cultural creativity is "cultural experience",which brings great market potential due to the continuous improvement of cultural taste.The close combination of product design and business model in cultural and creative industries is an important development mode for cultural and creative industries.The systematic integration and scientific induction of the elements of the cultural and creative industries and the verification of the rationality of the innovative models are closely linked with the design and operation of the products and are the important findings of this dissertation. |
