Design And Implementation Of Budget Management System For Scientific Research Enterprises

In recent years,with the continuous development of a research enterprises,financial budget management is playing an increasingly important role.The purpose of financial budget is to make full use of assets,take full advantage of enterprise assets,as well as enabling enterprise core competitiveness and economic benefit.At present,influenced by planned economy,a research enterprise still stays in the stage of using low effcient and error prone Excel software to prepare and execute the budget declaration.For the problems may occur in using excel software,demands are understood and a comprehensive financial budget management system are developed accordingly through communication with all departments.The design and application of a research enterprise CFBM system is based on the idea of software engineering.In the paper,the core idea of CFBM system design is modulariztion.The system is divided into five parts according to the actual needs of the users,including the basic files,budget foundation,budget analysis and control,comprehesive budget,budget adjustment,and managment modular in system,every modular has several sub-functional modular.When demand analysis,this article firstly carries on the system character analysis,and then analyzes the function and performance requirements,gives anaylsis diagram of each function module and description;In the system design part,first of all,the overall system design is carried out,the system structure,network structure and function of architecture are designed emphasically,and the corresponding charts are given,Then the way of combining sequential design and class design on each module of the system in detail design are adopted,background database of the system is analyzed,and a detailed database table design and the system choose B/S development model are given based on the.Visual Studio.NET2012 framework development tools.Database management system adopts Oracle 11 g,is the programming language is C#.After completion of the system design,the system can be implemented and tested.This paper mainly combines each function to realize the interface diagram and the concrete implementation process.After the system implementation,this paper uses testing case of each function module to complete the function of the system test,and puts forward the performance requirements of system analysis,performance testing of the system.Through the test,theresults show that the system has a certain stability,which can satisfy a research enterprise budget management needs.Through the implementation of the system,the existing problems of a research enterprise budget management process can be promptly discovered,and staff budget information is highly shared,which can provide timely,accurate and comprehensive feedback for a research enterprise budget managerment staff,andreference of budget management for other enterprises.
