With the continuous development of society,the amount of information increases exponentially,through the use of information technology to build a management system has become the development trend in the future,it is also an important way to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,promote enterprise development.At present,the Management Committee of a scenic spot has been using manual mode to deal with the business of attracting investment,and has not promoted the informatization construction of the investment attraction business.The information of investment projects is usually released by means of public notice,which can not attract more merchants to invest,resulting in many projects can not be successfully run.At the same time,the scenic area management committee still uses manual mode to query and statistics,not only the workload is huge,but also easy to make mistakes,it has been unable to meet the application requirements of the scenic area management committee.The above problems seriously affect the scenic spot investment plan,in order to improve the shortcomings of the existing model,a scenic spot management committee introduced the introduction of investment platform to improve efficiency.This paper mainly designs and implements the investment promotion platform of scenic spot management committee.The system adopts the combination of J2EE+SQL Server2012+B/S technology.This paper first analyzes the demand,including the functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis of the scenic spot management committee investment platform.Then,the overall design and detailed design of the system are carried out.Scenic spot management committee investment platform is mainly composed of safety management,project management,statistical reports,problem communication and basic data management module.On the basis of system design,the scenic area management investment platform functions are described,and the design of the corresponding test cases for each function of the system,and according to the test case of scenic area management investment platform is tested,in addition,also on the system performance test,existing problems the system found in the testing process,on this basis,to perfect the system,the characteristics of the final system has a stable,easy to use etc..At present,the system has been applied to the Scenic Area Management Committee for project management,played a good role in the application process,the implementation of project management standardization and scientific.and to achieve the ultimate goal of improving work efficiency and management level.
