As the rapid development of society,staff's performance appraisal management of commercial banks is paid much attention.The performance appraisal mechanism of each commercial bank needs to be improved,and how to strengthen management of staff,promote the performance and improve the performance appraisal system has become an urgent project.In this thesis,the author presents a new appraisal system for two-way evaluation between bank employees and managers.From the aspect of overall business strategy,the system will take an all-round appraisal of banking institutions,employees,work content and indicators for appraisal.The system will take full account of the variability of programs of staff s appraisal and evaluation,the complexity and diversity of indicators for appraisal.As for the design and technology of the system,a large number of advanced mature theories and technical means have been adopted to ensure that the system has a strong business applicability and expansibility.According to current situation of performance management of commercial banks,relying on system and business platform of commercial banks,the author designs a set of two-way performance appraisal system based on the research on the behavior of a certain level of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.In the process of design,through in-depth research on modes of performance management of commercial banks,the author builds a two-way appraisal channel,and ultimately achieves the two-way performance appraisal.Main functions include:parameter maintenance,data collection,data review,report display and so on.B/S mode is adopted in this system,so users can access the system through IE browser;items of appraisal and pricing parameters can be customized with a high configurability;the system is based on authority control mode of“User-role-function”,bringing a very friendly interface experience to users.Under the premise of making full use of existing resources and equipment of banks,the two-way performance appraisal system of commercial banks can provide a scientific and sound appraisal and evaluation system for bank managers,which can greatly improve management efficiency of banks and provide a relatively fair mechanism,promote passion of staff,and ultimately create greater benefits.
