With the continuous development of information technology,communication technology and network technology,the change of human turn the world upside down media contact behavior and the way of use.In order to adapt to the changing media information environment,various media organizations from the organization,its operation process,industrial layout,strategic planning and other aspects of open media reform.CCTV as Chinese state television,his high-profile development.CCTV from 2010 began to implement the media reform strategy,six years later,in the fierce competition in the media environment,CCTV should how to follow the trend of the times,grasp the opportunities for development,to make a breakthrough in strategy in Omni media era,make themselves invincible.This paper aims at the rise of the media era,the media and the corresponding changes in the central position taken by the new media strategy collation and analysis.In a certain extent is also a negative lesson plans.In addition in recent years enormous changes in the forms of media and people’s access to the media habits of changes in a series of reasons,CCTV media timely understanding of the situation,formulate corresponding media development strategy.Through to all media related concept and the development are elaborated in detail,using the PEST and SWOT analysis method on CCTV of the external environment and internal environment as well as the CCTV development status analysis,combined with CCTV in recent years,the development strategy and measures,in order to find the future development of the strategic planning of CCTV,CCTV in the media environment of the strategic breakthrough.This paper argues that under the background of the media,CCTV should insist on correct public opinion direction,transform traditional TV media to modern TV media through the brand strategy and change brand management structure from single to multiple structure;Set up with TV media as the core of brand chain,continuously enhancing social influence and core competition ability achieve both economic and social benefits.In the end,with the deepening of the brand strategy,CCTV expect to improve a higher level in the number of channels,programming production capabilities,technology level and operating revenue.
