In response to the growing problem of environmental pollution,people are actively taking various measures.At present,the automobile exhaust pollution has got unprecedented attention by units related to the automotive industry who are looking for more effective solutions.People have made great efforts to come up with a variety of ways to solve this problem,especially in order to solve the diesel engine exhaust pollution.The urea tank level sensor described in this document is a reed swicth type level sensor which is an important component of the selective catalytic reduction(SCR).This paper presents a performance test instruments for reed tube type liquid level sensor,in order to improve the detection efficiency,accuracy of reed swicth type liquid level sensor in its production process and to reducing the labor intensity of the workers,the quality risk of the products.The performance test instrument for liquid level sensor described in this paper consists of test bench,fixture,transmission system,hardware circuit and detection software.The test instrument takes single chip microcomputer as the core,wherein,the stepping motor,the ball screw and the slide module can control the movement of the float,and use the ADC to sampling detects the temperature,the position and the resistance of the sensor,and use the RS232 serial communication module to receive and analyze the message sent by the host computer and report the data.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows.1.This paper expounds the background and significance of the research,introduces the object to be measured and the principle of detection.According to the test requirements,the design requirements and design ideas are put forward,the overall design of the reed tube type liquid level sensor is carried out.2.According to the overall program,the design of the mechanical structure of the instrument is completed including stepper motor and screw slider module integrated selection,stepper motor drive and drive circuit design,fixture design,table and bench design and implementation.3.In this paper,the hardware circuit part of the overall design,single-chip selection and its external circuit design,functional circuit design,sensor detection circuit design,displacement detector selection and circuit design are curried out.Finally we complete the printing,welding,debugging of the circuit board4.This paper designs the program flow of the test program,the software program of C8051 control,motor control,ADC sampling,serial communication.5.In this paper,the test instrument was tested and analyzed briefly,the existing deficiencies are analyzed and summarized.The reed swicth type level sensor performance test instrument has been used and its performance index reaches requirements of the project task.In general,the research of this project has strong practical value.
