GPS Positioning And Monitoring System For Logistics Vehicle

GPS,Global Positioning System,that is,the so-called global positioning system,it is the United States since the beginning of 70 s last century,the cost of a lot of manpower and financial resources,completed in 1994.GPS is widely used in geodesy,engineering surveying and transportation industry because of its all-weather,high benefit and high precision characteristics.In the transportation industry,GPS provides the vehicle with fast,accurate,continuous positioning function,can effectively reduce traffic congestion,better integration of resources,it is brought about a revolution.Now the vehicle monitoring system is the use of GPS positioning technology,combined with computer data processing and other scientific and technological means to achieve the vehicle monitoring.With the development of economy,more developed electronic commerce,logistics industry has also been rapid growth,has gradually become a pillar industry in China,the logistics industry is also in the social economy plays an indispensable role.The growth in the logistics industry at the same time,the industry competition is increasingly fierce,and the advanced logistics information system is bound to increase the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,in order to adapt to the development trend of the times,do the logistics information system is more and more necessary.The key link of the logistics information system is the positioning system,and the quality of the positioning system will directly affect the quality of the logistics information system.However,the global positioning system can not guarantee the accuracy of one hundred percent,there will be some inevitable errors,therefore,in order to make the logistics information system,it is necessary to reduce the error,to provide more reliable service for the user.At present,a variety of vehicle location technology has emerged,but due to the limitations of resources and other reasons,GPS based map matching(Map Matching)technology has more practical significance.Therefore,this paper will focus on vehicle GPS/MM integrated navigation system for research.
