| Zhengzhou Airport is the comprehensive economic experimental zone of inland China,the international aviation logistics center,modern industrial base leaded by aviation economy;It’s the important portal of inland areas’ opening to the outside world,and the core growth pole of Central Plains Economic Zone.Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Economic Experimental Zone fully implements the development concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and sharing,focuses on promoting supply side structural reforms,optimizes spatial layout of experimental zone and forms an aviation city which are supported by airport,smart industry,modern manufacturing and modern logistics with ecological function characteristics.Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Economic Experimental Zone puts forward to establish airport service platform integration,promote government data opening and sharing,plays a leading and exploratory role in international logistics,import&export customs services,bonded logistics parks,road-rail multimodal transport,e-commerce,and so on,sets up safe and convenient airport logistics information service platform,forms distribution centers of cross-border online shopping goods,uses the e-commerce to promote the innovation in traditional business model and realizes the reciprocal development between the entity marketing channels and network marketing channels.The content of this project is research on the design and implementation of airport logistics information service platform in Zhengzhou Airport Comprehensive Economic Experimental Zone.Based on introduction of the project background and research significance,the frontier theory of project research,application research,and theoretical framework,this paper analyzes Zhengzhou Airport Zone’s demands on airport logistics information service platform,the general framework of setting up airport logistics information service platform,and the systematic and functional design and their implementation.Innovation points of this paper:based on thinking mode of synergetic development,this paper designs integration for airport logistics system of Zhengzhou Airport and studies the design constitution and realization approaches.This project is helpful to improve the airport logistics management efficiency of Zhengzhou Airport,speed up the interaction with international logistics,promote the transition and efficiency of comprehensive economic experimental zone,and improve the continuous improvement of service quality.The airport logistics information service platform is a multi-disciplinary complex system and an important part of intelligent city.In order to satisfy the demands of the developing and changing city,it is also improved constantly.The airport logistics information service platform will follow the thought of technology openness,support publication and service flexibility,become matured gradually and consummated unceasingly. |
