Design And Implementation Of A Airport Baggage Self-service Drop System

With the development of civil aviation industry,more and more people choose the civil aviation transportation,the airport need to continuously improve operational efficiency,serve more passengers;at the same time,with the development of the times,when visitors travel to the airport service quality and travel experience are increasingly high requirements.Under these circumstances,the International Air Transport Association proposed the proposal of "simplifying business".Among them,airport self-service is an important development of"simplifying business".Today,the airport,the airline tried to use self-service in various fields,such as online self-service check-in,and achieved good results,it not only reduce the labor cost,improve work efficiency,shorten the processing time of passengers.Then,the baggage of passengers,although the self-service boarding pass,but still need to manually counter of the baggage,for this part of the passenger inconvenience.Therefore,self-service baggage has been paid more and more attention to the airport.It becomes a supplement of self-service,as a part of the self-service family.In this dissertation,mainly for small and medium-sized airports baggage routine business process analysis,design and development of a set of traditional check-in counter transformation of small,in line with domestic processes and baggage screening process,suitable for medium and small field self baggage system.The system is based on.NET platform development,using three layers of architecture,PLC controller and other related technologies,to achieve the boarding pass,baggage checked,baggage weight,system management functions.The system is deployed on the existing value cabinet platform.Under the premise of ensuring the safety and compliance with the civil aviation standards,through the interface with the existing airport related systems,the original manual operation and judgment are implemented automatically.The system does not need large-scale transformation of the existing system,more in line with China's national conditions.
