Design And Implementation Of Housing Management Information System

In recent years,with the improvement of China’s economic strength,the rapid development of computer technology,all walks of life are carrying out technological innovation and information technology.However,most of the construction industry has not been carried out or not fully information construction,most of the housing management unit of information technology also remain in the internal office system,in the housing business management is not comprehensive enough.Therefore,it is imperative to design and implement an automation,information and networked unit housing information management system,and to improve the informatization and high efficiency of unit logistics management.This paper develops and implements a functional and abundant housing management system,which can greatly improve the informationization,intelligence and sharing of unit housing management,which is of great significance in unit housing management.Specifically,the main work of this paper includes the following points:(1)The logical business function of the system is derived by using UML modeling,which mainly covers data input,data query,common report,image analysis,housing business,housing publicity,data management,document management and system management.(2)B / S architecture,.NET,JAVA language and so on are designed in detail,and the program flow of each function module is sorted and designed according to the requirement analysis.According to the system requirement,the database is designed.Diagrams,ER diagrams,and datasheet.(3)Build up the hardware and software environment of the system,and realize each functional module of the system,and perfect a complete and stable performance housing information management system.At present,the system has been formally put into operation for 15 months,running in good condition,to enhance the efficiency of housing management unit for the housing management business provides great convenience.
