With the development of the times,real estate management will be a full of complexity and variable factors more work.For the real estate company,the real estate information management system can further achieve intelligent management and making the management approach becomes more and more unified,standard,effectively reduce operating costs,so as to effectively enhance the real estate business market competitiveness.Real estate information management has gradually become an inevitable goal of the domestic real estate management.The paper analyzes the real estate management system from the perspective of actual demand.Firstly,the B/S model is chosen as the main structure of the real estate management system by comparing the C/S and B/S modes.Secondly,through the demand analysis,conceptual design and logical design of the core of the real estate management system,the 3NF model module is designed.Finally,the four modules of the real estate management system are designed,which are the sales module,the engineering model fast,the financial model fast and the system module are fast,and the Lab VIEW tool is used to realize the system.Through the use of LabVIEW-based real estate management system,real estate business projects,financial and sales management efficiency will be greatly improved.
