Design And Implementation Of Accounting Management System In Thermal Power Industry

In this thesis,aiming at the current situation of single heating accounting method and difficult fee collection,an improved method for the existing accounting methods is proposed on the basis of a careful analysis of the various modes of heating charging process and a network based multi-mode heating and accounting and charging service system is established.In terms of accounting,the system is able to support not only the traditional accounting according to the area,but also the emerging accounting by measurement.It is also able to support the two heating fee accounting.In terms of charging,the system is able to support not only the traditional heating company service station charging,but also the existing deposit payment at bank.Through the integration of a variety of models,the platform meets the needs of different users and heating companies.In this thesis,the following aspects of the work have been done.(1)Aiming at the individual demand of heating enterprises and users,the multi-mode of accounting and charging is analyzed in depth and the multi-mode model of heat supply is established.The model is able to meet most of the needs of current heating enterprises and users.Besides,a model of charge management system based on SaaS model is established.(2)The key technologies used in the system are introduced in detail,which include Web page technology under B/S mode,SaaS service mode,MVC mode and Ext.NET control technologies.(3)Through the investigation and analysis of demands of heating enterprises and the description of the multi-tenant data structure,accounting mode and payment mode,the functional requirements of the system are summarized.The demands are divided into various functional modules of the system and the overall architecture and system network structure are designed.(4)The key business process of the system is analyzed.The design of the key database table of the accounting management system and the realization process of the second-time packing of Web control based on Ext.NET are described in detail.In the accounting management system design of heating industry and implementation of the whole process,flexibility and scalability have been the main principles.The whole business process of accounting and charging of heating industries is integrated into the system,making operations of information input,charging statistics,heating inquiry and report forms of heating users are no longer subject to space and geographical restrictions and achieving full automation.All of the documents,data reports are passed and summarized in the system and a lot of manpower,time and material resources are saved.The use of the report system makes the verification and reconciliation of data simple,saving a lot of time and labor.The architecture design of multi-tenant data makes the various heating enterprises meet the needs of information construction with lower cost.
