Design And Implementation Of Meeting Management System

As an efficient way of information exchange,meeting is not only a powerful tool for democratic management and scientific decision-making of enterprises and organizations,but also a significant measure for interior leadership,management and improvement.Making intelligent control and management of information whenever it appears pre-rmeeting,while-meeting and post-meeting,meeting management system achieves the well-conceived electronic assembly of pre-meeting,the intelligent scientific management of while-meeting,and the standardization of document flow and the networking of information releasing after meeting.Through this way,it greatly improves the work efficiency,reduces errors and cuts down the expenditures.Based on the current situation of meeting management system,this paper designs and implements a universal meeting management system.It combines database with industry application,sets the theme as providing information service,and develops a meeting management platform with the application of internet,achieving goals like convenience,intelligence and high efficiency.Through the demand analysis to the meeting management system and the comprehensive proof of its functions,this paper disentangles a clear meeting management system mode,and then makes a phase division.With the adoption of B/S architectural pattern,the system is divided into six parts:personal center,meeting management,resource management,history archives management,mode management and the issue web browsing.All these modes achieves basic functions like meeting application,meeting approval,meeting issue,schedule management and so on,guaranteeing additional humanized systematical functions on the basis of demand satisfaction.With the adoption of this system,users can grasp the dynamic information of meeting organization on time,and the work schedule comprehensively.The system can formulate appropriate meeting mode to meet customers’ needs,and arrange schedule,accommodation,catering and so on automatically with meeting demand and previous mode.Meanwhile,functions like text message notification,receipt and absence are also included,which is great significance for informing participants in time,improving attendance and meeting quality.With plenty of tests,this system has gone into service steadily and effectively.
