| With the plans of "Industry 4.0" and "Made in China 2025" were put forward and carried out step by step,the applications of Computer Aided Design(CAD)and Computer Aided Manufacturing(CAE)in Petrochemical Industry have been paid more and more attention.As a provider of total solution of informationization of manufacturing industry,Shandong Shanda Hoteam Software Co.,Ltd(Hoteam Software)has developed a 3D Design software of static equipment of petrochemical which is applied to petrochemical industry,based on its proprietary CAD software SINOVATION.The software is named SVPV.This paper describes the development process and key technologies of the Design System of Heat Exchanger of petrochemical equipment,which is based on the 3D Design software of static equipment of petrochemical(SVPV),which conforms to the standard of GB/T 151-2014 HEAT EXCHANGER.The Design System of Heat Exchanger of petrochemical equipment described by this paper covers a variety of heat exchangers,such as floating head heat exchanger(BES,AES),U type heat exchanger(BEU,AEU),fixed tube-sheet exchanger(BEM,AEM),kettle-type reboiler(BKT,AKT).It provides a comprehensive design solution of heat exchanger for petrochemical enterprises and heat exchanger manufacturers.For various types of heat exchangers,we developed several software design modules of tube box,tubes,shell,floating head,outer cover,fastener,saddle,ear base,nozzle and so on,including the initialization and linkage of parameter data among moduels,the modeling,driving,positioning and linkage of 3D modules,and 2D drawing output functions.The system is developed by VC++ program language based on VS 2005 and SQL Server 2008 platform.We used Boost,BCG,POCO and other three party libraries to speed up the development progress of the system,and used HTML,CSS,XML,JavaScript and other scripting language to improve the flexibility of system configuration,and used factory mode,bridge mode and singleton mode and other design patterns to improve the maintainability of the system and the reusability,scalability and flexibility of the code.The Design System of Heat Exchanger of petrochemical equipment has changed the traditional mode of heat exchanger design.The design of the heat exchanger is widely designed by designers manual drawing according to design standards by traditional 3D design software(such as AutuoCAD),and then the design datas need to import into the calculation software(such as PVDesktop)to verify whether meets the requirements.It is tedious and boring,and requires a high professional ability of the designers,also it’s low efficiency and high cost.Modern enterprises have higher requirements for efficiency and cost,and the traditional design mode of heat exchanger has not met the requirements of modern enterprises.The Design System of Heat Exchanger of petrochernical equipment is coming.It can provide parameterization,modularization and wizard design of chemical equipment for petrochemical enterprises,and can provide one button drawing,automatic annotation,automatic statistics and other functions.It is convenient,easy to use,fast and professional.The development and promotion of the system greatly improved the efficiency of heat exchanger design in petrochemical industry,and reduced the cost of the enterprise. |
