Design And Implementation Of Data Management System For Law Enforcement Recorder

In order to strengthen the supervision of on-site law enforcement activities,local public security organization gradually equipped with law enforcement record equipment for the front-line police.Police officers who on duty should be equipped with law enforcement recorder which use for audio and video recording.Due to the law enforcement recorder memory capacity is limited,so after the police collected the law enforcement data,it need to use the data collection station for data cache,and then the law enforcement data stored in the backend server.For that reason,Hunan Chaoxian Technology Co.,Ltd.successfully developed a law enforcement recorder data management system according to the public security system issued by the national standard of single police law audio and video recording system.According to the national standard GA/T 947,and taking the needs of economic indicators and system integration into account,the overall system design and requirements analysis of the data management system of law enforcement recorder are carrired out in this paper,and on that basis,the system development is completed.Through consulting a large number of bibliographical information,the research status and future development trend of this field are studied.Aiming at the current work pattern and current situation of data management in the Ministry of Public Security and the law enforcement departments,the data management service is analyzed comprehensively,and the goal of the data management system design is established.From the practical,advantage and scientific perspective,the development of the system carried out the overall planning,design realization and commissioning test.Through the system module division and process analysis of the data management system of the law enforcement recorder,the system is designed and developed by C ++ language and SQLite database.The management system is consists of two subsystems:one of it is the data transmission subsystem,whose main function is to cache the law enforcement data to the data management system when it connect to the public security network,and to upload the important data to the background file server,and then to acquire the up-to-date equipment announcement and collection station announcement from the server;another one is the data management subsystem,which is used to implement the function of data query,browse,export and delete on law enforcement,and to realize automatic deletion function for the expired local file server data,which to relieve storage pressure of data collection system,and then to achieve the management on the law enforcement recorder,and to realize the strategy control on the data management system,which prevent it from accessing to illegal devices,non-related network communications and non-related process operation;Finally,the paper has carried on some test on function and performance of the system.After repeated revision test,the final result indicated that each subsystem performance index meets the national standard requirement.
