Design And Implementation Of Geological Archives Management System Based On GIS

In the era of rapid development of science and technology,information technology is also developing rapidly,and applied to various fields.National government departments are also vigorously developing the information industry,to promote automation office model.Geological archives management is also an important part of the government to promote the automation of office and information.In the face of very complicated and very important geological management work,geological archives management system came into being.It is necessary to design and develop the geological archives management system to improve the efficiency of geological archives management and to promote the standardization and institutionalization of geological archives management.Based on the geological archives management informatization project of the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources,this paper makes a systematic improvement to the traditional archives management mode by using the information technology.The purpose is to build the software and hardware resources of the Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources Realize the information management of geological archives,and improve the working efficiency of geological archives management.Based on the geological archives management,this paper analyzes the present situation of archives management at home and abroad,and analyzes and expounds the purpose and significance of the design of geological archives management system.At the same time,the paper analyzes the system requirements of information management of geological archives,and completes the frame design,function module design and database design of the whole system.The design and development of this system adopts the mainstream C/S framework,uses the C#language to carry on the function development,uses the SQL Server 2008 database to carry on the design to the database table and realizes the data storage.In this paper,the key technologies of.Net Framework and database technology are introduced in detail.Finally,the functions of the geological archives management system are realized by code writing.The system mainly designs and realizes the login module,the file storage module,the file inquiry module,the file borrowing management module,the statistical module and the system management module.At present,the system has been put into use,the system function is perfect,the application is convenient and flexible,the interface is friendly,achieved the anticipated goal,raised the geological archives management level.
