Design And Implementation Of Non-intervening Elevator Health Monitoring System

In recent years,elevator accidents have often occurred,so elevator safety and public safety are closely related.The cause of the elevator accident is complicated,the problem may arise in the product design,regular maintenance,product quality and other aspects,so the health of the elevator is particularly important.Because we are not elevator producers,there are some difficulties in the prevention of elevator accidents.The control board of elevator has its own communication interface and the communication protocol,reading elevator control board data may have unpredictable effects on the normal operation of the lift,so it is not feasible to read the control board of elevator.This paper designs an elevator health examination system with a non-intervention way.It can determine whether the current state of the elevator is right.This system uses the sensor technology to collect the relevant operating parameters of the elevator,according to the parameters,it can evaluate the elevator status to achieve the effect of fault early warning and fault diagnosis.This paper mainly includes the following work:1.We design a data acquisition module based on stc12c5a60s2.We also designed the module’s minimum system and sensor circuit to collect the elevator information.2.We design a data transfer module.We use a ZigBee module based on CC2530.The ZigBee module connects to the acquisition module,coordinator and GPRS module.The data is transmitted to the server according to the proposed communication protocol.3.We design the program to listen the server,parse the data.We also design a suitable database to store data.4.We display the data taken from the database on the web.
