| Land and resources are contained land,mineral and other people’s survival and development provide the material basis for the use of land and resources management status and importance to national development.Ministry of Land and attaches great importance to land and resources management,and information technology to improve management efficiency.Currently,the field of land and resources management data Outcome abundant with information technology base,but to a lesser degree of integration and sharing thematic data layers between the integrated utilization rate is not high.Therefore,the organic integration and utilization of land and resources is very important for the outcome of the thematic information,through information management,different types of data from different departments to integrate,promote management innovation and system innovation.Land and Resources,"a map" project is put forward in this context and the rapid development,has become an important way to promote land resources management information technology.From the land and resources management reality by analyzing business processes and business logic of land and resources administration,summed up the land resources management information related to the direction and technical support.Based on previous research and experience,paper land and resources,"a map"system needs analysis,on this basis,on the "Photo" overall framework and functions of the system is designed in detail.Finally,West County Land and Resources,"a map" the structure and function of the system analysis,the West County land and resources in detail to achieve "a map." Use AutoCAD2006,MapGIS6.7 and ArcGIS10.1 software for West County second land survey(rural part)the results of the data and the results of existing cadastral database format conversion and the establishment of a database,and then use ArcGIS10.1 for Server Data slice data and web publishing.Construction of database systems development process,selected the project to adapt to the requirements of ArcGIS Engine9.3 platform,SQL Server2008 database and dot Net development tools for C/S terminal and B/S end of the design and implementation of system functions,while setting up an Oracle database,design and implement a West County Land resources based on GIS platform runtime environment,"a map" data integration system.Research focused on integrated space systems analysis,the function of land management and key technologies for the management and supervision of law enforcement and other modules.The results show that,the construction of "One Map " data integration system of Xichong County land and resources meet the requirements about land resources informationization,basically achieved one map land and resources management which lined with "batch,supply,use,repair,check"."One Map" effectively solved common problems about data management,data sharing,data exchange and data updates in current land and resource management,such as data standards are not unified,comprehensive utilization is difficult,the maintenance cost of data update is high,and so on.Moreover,"One Map" which have local characteristics meet the actual situation of land use of Xichong County,and could provide technical support for the realization of dynamic monitoring of land and land resources in accordance with the public administration,which could help the construction of land and resources informationization of Xichong County. |
