| In the development of China’s Internet,PC Internet is becoming more and more saturated,but the mobile Internet has developed well.Data show that in 2017,the total number of active devices in China mobile is over 1 billion.With the decline of mobile terminal price and the wide spread of WiFi,mobile Internet users show the trend of explosion.In this paper,by combining the existing project schedule management theory knowledge,the jingdong reading APP project progress management present situation has carried on the analysis,find out the influence of the APP tempo,through to the jingdong reading APP is improved scheme design and target,and based on the design scheme,puts forward some methods to improve the schedule management at present,on the one hand,to create the WBS,schedule management plan using PERT technology to modify time estimation and task resource rational distribution,and create a schedule management schedule of the project management progress to control,on the other hand the product demand stage,stage of UI design,research and development phase,testing phase,respectively,schedule control scheme is put forward.In determining the scheme,the next article will be to implement and improve the solution.First step:jingdong reading APP project schedule management plan,create the work breakdown structure(WBS),the project deliverables and project work into smaller,more manageable components,using the PERT APP time limit for a project to study to jingdong estimate improvement,draw the jingdong reading APP key map,draw the project progress schedule,and the reasonable distribution of project tasks to team members,make the whole project schedule control in an orderly way to proceed.Step 2:optimization of jingdong reading APP project schedule control process,respectively in product demand to finalize,UI design,research and development phase,testing phase of the project to work on the process optimization,make each stage of the project progress control will be implemented as planned.Through APP function modular,modular solution,the complex APP split into small functional components,reduce coupling between function modules,reduce the complex interactions between functional modules,the APP project development cost greatly reduced,is advantageous to the whole APP project schedule control. |
