Design And Research Of Sorting-storage And Transportation System | | Posted on:2019-05-10 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:X Q Wang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2348330545490096 | Subject:(degree of mechanical engineering) | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | With the continuous advancement of science and technology and the rapid development of modern logistics the timeliness of human society for logistics services has become increasingly demanding.The sorting efficiency of goods storage solutions and delivery methods are all key factors affecting the quality of services.In order to improve the efficiency of logistics operations,many logistics distribution centers have gradually introduced efficient fast automated equipment,such as automatic sorters automated warehouses and AGV trolleys to replace human resources to complete logistics tasks.This not only greatly improves work efficiency but also saves a lot of labor costs.The application of automation technology in the logistics industry has greatly promoted the development of the industry and therefore has important research value.With the rapid development of controller technology bus technology and network communication technology,industrial control systems have become a new trend in the development of networking and intelligence in the process of decentralized and complicated development.Although the development speed of high-reliability basic automation systems is slightly lower,the new controllers with powerful communication and network functions are based on good compatibility with the basic automation systems and adopt advanced network management solutions.The system efficiency has been effectively improved.Based on the pneumatic test bench of the pneumatic laboratory of North China University of Technology,this paper designed a sorting storage and transportation system consisting of two sorting systems a storage system and an AGV trolley.The sorting system and storage system use Siemens PLC as the subsystem controller.The AGV transport trolley uses the NI cRIO controller to control the traveling mechanism and manipulator formed by the motor in the trolley.The use of OPC technology the use of PROFIBUS fieldbus and Ethernet LAN established real-time communication between PLC controllers,PLC controllers and cRIO controllers enabling data exchange between different controllers enabling sorting storage.The status information of each subsystem of the transport system is shared.With NI Lab VIEW as the host computer monitoring software platform,using Ethernet and LAN through the data exchange with the controller the status monitoring and control of the composite control system is realized,thus achieving the multi-level networking of the sorting-storage and transportation system management. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | sorting-storage and transportation system, Ethernet, LAN, OPC, PROFIBUS Fieldbus | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
