In 1940,the Yanan Xinhua radio broadcasting station began to broadcast,marking the birth of The People’s Broadcasting.In 1958,the establishment of CCTV opened the TV business in China.Since then,the provinces,cities and counties have set up the local radio and television institutions.To this end,China’s Radio and Television industry has entered a period of rapid development.After 2000,with the development of Internet technology,the emergence of new media has broken the existing mass media pattern,and also intensified the competition among the media.In early 2016,at the forum of News and Public Opinion Work of the Communist Party of China,general secretary Xi Jinping once pointed out that the key of media competition is talent competition,and the core of media advantage is talent advantage.As an important part of radio and television talent,Radio and Television editors in the first line of program production.it is the great practical significance for the development of radio and television to strengthen the anagement of the editors.A scientific and reasonable salary system is conducive to retaining,attracting and motivating excellent editors,improving the competitiveness of radio and television,promoting the realization of strategic goals.The paper takes the salary system of A Radio and Television station editors as the research object,analyzes the existing problems of the existing salary system,and puts forward the optimization scheme.The paper set the pay satisfaction questionnaire for A Radio and Television editors,research on the satisfaction of compensation system,satisfaction of compensation level,satisfaction of compensation structure,welfare satisfaction and so on,to discover compensation system problems and the reason of A Radio and Television.In order to solve the problems,the paper optimizes and redesigns the fixed compensation,performance compensation,welfare and year-end award of the editors.Adjust the basic compensation of staff level,to establish a reasonable compensation increase mechanism;starting from the three dimensions of work ability,work attitude,work quality,pay for performance is optimized;the performance linked year-end bonus and welfare and the editorial staff,the realization of "work","means more",to play the incentive function compensation,make excellent editors to gain more returnsA Radio and Television station is a part of more than 3000 broadcast and TV units in the country.Research on the compensation system of A Radio and Television Station editors has important implications to other radio and television Stations.
