Talent is the first productivity,and talent is the first resource.As a public welfare institution,Dalian radio and television station will carry out the construction of the talent team in the process of deepening the reform.It has very important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for the future development of radio and television stations and the acquisition of core competitiveness.The theoretical research results of the talent team construction of radio and television stations is the guidance to promote the construction of the talent team of radio and television stations,and the in-depth study of the construction of talent team in radio and television stations is the key to the core competitiveness of the radio and television stations in the face of fierce market competition.In order to provide a certain theory and technical support for the construction of Dalian radio and television station,it is more important to promote the development of Dalian radio and television station,and it is of great practical significance to the sustainable development of Dalian radio and television station.Taking Dalian radio and television station as an example,a field survey is made to analyze and summarize the basic situation of the talent team of the Dalian radio and television station,the change of the talent team and the main practice of the construction of the talent team.In recent years,although the Dalian radio and television station has gradually realized the importance of talent,the construction of the talent team has also begun to start planning,and has made certain achievements.But on the whole,there are still some problems,such as the irrational structure of the talent team,the shortage of talent reserve force,the outstanding problem of the double track system of talent identity,the poor stability of the team,the wide channel of talent introduction,the single training method,the lack of flexibility of human-computer system and the unobvious incentive effect.And in-depth analysis of the main reasons for the problems of Dalian radio and TV station in the construction of talent team.In view of the problems existing in the construction of Dalian radio and television station in the construction of talent team and the main reasons for the problems,combining with the characteristics of Dalian radio and television station,this paper proposes to improve the concept of "people-oriented" and "set up talent strong platform",to adapt to the needs,to establish the adjustment mechanism of talent planning,to create a good atmosphere,to create a good humanistic environment,to optimize the structure,to introduce high level outstanding talents,and to pay attention to the demand.To cultivate high-quality professional technical personnel,actively explore and build a diversified way of training talents,standardize the employment system,effectively solve the "double track system" problem,the survival of the fittest,the establishment of a scientific evaluation of the use of talent mechanism,methods and the construction of multiple complementary incentive mechanism for talents.On the one hand,it provides guidance for the effective development of the talent team construction of Dalian radio and television station.On the other hand,it also provides experience for other radio and television station personnel construction work,and jointly promotes the healthy and sustained development of radio and television.
