In large physical test,a great amount of instruments and devices are required to complete the test.However,there exist problems such as low efficiency and high risks in the traditional manual test.Moreover,it’s difficult for the single-functional program control system to meet the requirement for large physical tests.Therefore,a multifunctional program control system is urgently needed to make centralized control as well as data analysis and processing of several instruments.Taking the "high intensity pulsed neutron source control and parameter acquisition device" project as background foundation,a real-time program control system is designed in this research project,which not only can make centralized control of transient single pulse signal generator and digital oscilloscope,but also can make data analysis and processing.Only through the operation of the computer’s control interface,the functions of instrument control as well as data analysis and processing can realized,which greatly improve the work efficiency.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the principal of digital pulse generation,this paper is designed to make programmed control of the data acquisition card to generate a multi-channel monopulse signal source that can adjust the delay time and pulse width time.Besides,a reasonable signal conditioning circuit is designed to improve the transmission quality of the pulse signal.(2)Based on the program control principle of virtual instrument software architecture(VISA),the centralized control of the digital oscilloscopes which are distributed in different position is realized;automatic acquisition and storage of multi-channel pulse signals can be achieved by making the programmed control of the auto "single-time trigger" acquisition function of the digital oscilloscope.The test result shows that the program control system can generate an 8-channel transient single pulse signal source,which has the function of delay and pulse width adjustment as well as the function of retriggering with an adjusted step of 50ns.Besides,it can make a centralized control and management of multiple digital oscilloscopes,which not only has the common control mode,but also has a function of automatic "single trigger" acquisition.Meanwhile,it can automatically analyze and process the collected data.According to the result from users’ application in practical,apart from possessing the above design intents,the program control system not only can meet the requirements for actual projects,but also has the advantages of flexible use,simple operation and quick response,thus having a quite high practical value.
