Study On Quality Control Of Planning Project Of Financial Book Series In L Publishing House

With the improvement of social productivity,the people’s demands for the spiritual and cultural products is a great quantity,the quality requirements become more and more strict.As books are an important carrier of spiritual and cultural needs,the quality of books and publications has been paid more and more attention by publishers,readers and authors.In China,the relevant administrative departments are more stringent as far as the management quality of books and publications are concerned.As for the large demands and big scale for the publishing products needs,the publishing quality becomes more challenged.The article is aiming at ensuring publishing products quality in books planning projects.Based on the characteristics of books and publications,the paper gives the analysis and comments on the current situation,in the mean time,it also gives the answer on how to ensure the financial series books’ quality.This paper also introduces the general situation of L publishing house,the objectives and requirements for the quality management of financial planning series books etc.The article make an effort on the study of topic planning,editing,typesetting and printing,material selection,storage and transportation,customer service etc.By using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),it proved that the editing proofreading is the most important factor to decide the quality of book editing.Furthermore,based on the knowledge of total quality management,the project is divided into four stages as the planning,execution,inspection and processing by using PDCA tool.More importantly,the article solved the quality problems by using 6σ quality management theory,Minitab software is used to calculate and calculate the 6 Sigma quality method.The insurance system was also proposed in the article which is not only suitable for the project,but also has guiding significances as well.
