| In the increasingly competitive market,customers have higher and higher requirements on high-tech products and services,regarding with quality,price and response speed,where quality is the most important characteristics and can be the most easily perceived by customers.The idea that quality is the key to win the market has reached the consensus among enterprises.The H Company is an enterprise in the field of rail transit in China,focusing on the development and operation of high-tech products.The company’s product development and operation rely on the way of research and development projects.But the quality management effect of H Company’s R&D project is poor.Some design quality problems in the early stage are not effectively identified and solved;therefore,they appeared in the later design control stage and finally on the product in the market.This largely increases the company’s after-sales maintenance cost.At present,the company’s R&D project quality management is at the edge of losing control;and project quality management problems have seriously affected the company’s sustainable and healthy development.Based on the theory and basic principles of total quality management,this paper expounds the improvement on R&D project quality management brought by total quality management theory combined with APQP quality management method and PDCA quality management method,and the theoretical and methodological support for R&D project control.This article applies the method of applying theory with practice,focuses on the research object of how to improve quality management of the H Company’s R&D project,and combs the application of total quality management theory.By analyzing the quality management problems that exist in the actual operation process in H Company,and making improvement plans,H company’s R&D project quality management is improved,and the number of R&D project quality problems is effectively reduced.Through the improvement of H company’s R&D projects,this paper summarizes effective methods for quality management and improvement of R&D projects,so as to horizontally expand the application to the same type of manufacturing enterprises to enhance their market competitiveness,and also to provide useful reference for other high-tech enterprises of the same type. |
