With the development of society and economy and the acceleration of the process of urbanization,the pace of social aging is accelerating.People’s leisure,consumption and emotional sustenance are diversified.The phenomenon of raising pets is becoming becoming more and more common.In the past ten years,the number of domestic domestic pets has been on the rise.Correspondingly,the pet industry has gradually emerged as an iceberg.In this context,pet medical services and related products have also developed quickly,the pet hospital presents the trend of anthropomorphization,standardization and large-scale,the market demand for veterinary X ray machines is also increasing.But just as most products are in its inception phase just to meet the basic functional requirements,and ignoring human factors,similar problems exist in the design of software interface for veterinary X ray machine,based on this,this study takes the veterinary X ray machine software(vetview console)interface as the research object,and through the usability analysis of the software interface,attempts to put forward the design principles and methods of practical guidance for this kind of interface design.First of all,the research based on referring resent HMI usability literature at home and abroad,these research results are systematically collated and summarized from the aspects of usability evaluation methods,evaluation indicators and index system by the author,which lays a solid theoretical foundation for this study.Secondly,this study explores and establishes the usability evaluation index system of vetview console software interface by using second-hand data research,user interview,enterprise research and questionnaire survey,and based on the requirements of the international standardization usability questionnaire,combined with the established vetview console software interface usability evaluation index,designed the software usability questionnaire.Through the questionnaire survey of users and the statistical analysis of questionnaire data,obtained the problem of information feedback in vetview console software.Thirdly,based on the vetview console software interface,the author used prototype design tools to developvetview console software simulation interaction process based on typical tasks,and conducted eye tracking test byusing the simulation process.The usability problems obtained by this method are compared with the usability problems obtained by the questionnaire method,it is found that there are some similarities between them,but the problem of information feedback is obvious in the problems obtained by questionnaire survey,but the problem of unclear interface representation and the problem of page layout are prominent in the usability test of eye tracking.Finally,the author combined analysis of user need and software function and method of interactive prototype desiging with the exsisting avalibility problems,and proposed the basic requirements of this software interface design.Redesigned the software interface,compared it with the original software interface for usability testing,the results show that the effectiveness,timeliness and interface representation of the software are improved.
