The Ministry of personnel in the operation of enterprises in the management of the personnel management system is an indispensable part of a business unit,enterprise personnel information content is very important for the decision-making and management of enterprises,because the enterprise personnel management system can for enterprise decision-making and management query methods,provide abundant information and information but personnel many enterprises use the traditional manual information management of enterprises for a long time,this management way has many shortcomings,such as low efficiency,uses artificial way management will produce query,update and maintain a very difficult problem for enterprise personnel information.Therefore,it will study and design and implement a human resource management information system.This paper firstly analyzes the cause of the emergence of the human resources information management problems,combined with the system’s future development needs,the use of data analysis and application of theory,investigation and interviews,a detailed description of the system requirements analysis and system design goals.Secondly,starting from the actual application,in-depth study of the design method of human resource management information system and implementation technology,clear evaluation of overall function of the system design process,system architecture design,system business modeling,database design and the function module realization and system test.According to the demand analysis,the system based on the J2 EE platform,according to the hierarchical design,B/S three layer architecture based on the UML modeling language modeling and analysis,using the SSH framework technology and MYSQL database technology to complete the overall design of the system.The system implements the user,contracts,human resources,performance,attendance and salary management etc.The Application module,based on the performance requirements,the system simulation test,the test results meet the requirements of the overall goal.In general,Greely Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise HR management system success,successfully resolved the traditional management mode of working of the task is heavy,omission errors with high frequency,the management way is single and cannot achieve effective and thorough inquiry lasting problems,thus implements the scientific and efficient management of enterprise information management staff data.From the prospect of the application system is due to bring a lot of benefits and benefits for the enterprise,therefore,its application prospect will be very broad.
