Design And Realization Of The Manufacturing Master Data Management Platform

After recent decades of rapid development and industrial upgrading,the application of information technology has deep into the various management processes in China’s manufacturing enterprises.With the raise of the enterprise information and management level,China’s manufacturing enterprises increase the quality of products,witch further enhance the core competitiveness of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.However,since most manufacturers lack governance of information technology framework,as manufacturers scale and meticulous management business,a variety of enterprise data accumulated more and more,more and more business systems,and the data is discretely distributed in among the various systems.Part of the enterprise,there is no contact between the various systems,the formation of the "Islands of Information";some enterprises have done better information,might have completed the system integration work,the development of interfaces between the different systems,extended data length.But how to ensure that those between the various systems of value,uniqueness,accuracy and authority are frequently used become inevitable challenges encountered among enterprise information.In this paper,the actual information needs of a manufacturing business,the demand for master data management platform for analysis,system architecture,detailed design and implementation are discussed.Including research on how to carry out the enterprise data integration and business critical issues;the master data basic modules will be introduced,and the process of how from requirements to design to implementation to test will be introduced.It is nearly half a year after the system has been put into operation so far,it proved this platform effectively open up the data channels from product design to production of each system in enterprise,it reduce data redundancy,and improve data accuracy and authority.
