Teaching Type Automatic Production Line Of Intelligent Control System Design

The automatic production line is of great importance to improve production efficiency and product performance,and has been applied in several fields.Aimed at teaching the development of the automatic production line,how to design the interactive activities in the teaching of automatic production line based on the general automatic production technic process is a highly comprehensive system.Specially aimed at the teaching and practice demand of automatic production lines,the author researches on the key technology of automatic production lines and constructs the automatic production line digital teaching system.Using CC-link fieldbus technology,modern control theory,computer control technology,combined with special features of Mitsubishi Q series PLC,inverter,touch screen,servo system,special function module,the IRB-120 six axis industrial robots,ABB electrical equipment designs a teaching model of automatic production line of intelligent control system,integrating with the mechanical,pneumatic,control,communication control and sensor technology etc.,bringing practical significance for the teaching and practice of automatic production lines.The main ideas and questions discussed in the article are as follows:First,in view of teaching and practice requirement of automatic production lines,researching the structure and key parts of automatic production line teaching system including PLC technology,sensor technology,frequency conversion control system,servo control system,special function modules,industrial robot technology;design the teaching system of the technological process,set teaching system for material feeding,transmission,processing,assembling stand stand,sorting,handling station five workstation,design the function of each workstation,process control diagram,pneumatic control,I/O address allocation table.Second,automated production line running teaching system can be used in a single operation or online,online communication uses the popular CC-link fieldbus technology to realize the Q series PLC and FX PLC real-time communication fieldintelligent equipment.This paper introduces the structure and characteristic of the CC-Link,performance,specifications,cable specifications and attachment,set the CC-Link parameters,software,hardware,master-slave station of the allocation of buffer memory address;writes the control procedure of the teaching automation production line;Set up the MGCS configuration to monitor and control the production line in real time.The designed automatic production line intelligent control system for teaching simulates the actual production process of companies,integrates the core technology in the field of automation engineering,meanwhile,it is a comprehensive system of electromechanically integration system which has strong flexibility and is easy to configure different tasks,meeting different teaching practice and ensuring the quality of automation skilled talent training.
