In the industrial field,the traditional production and processing process needs too many people to participate in,no matter from the efficiency or quality,in the current market has no competitive advantage,with the improvement of product output and quality requirements,automatic production line has been widely used in the large and medium enterprises.In response to the requirement of an enterprise to realize automatic loading and unloading of specific material block CG63,this paper designs and studies an automatic loading and unloading production line system based on PLC and industrial computer,which improves production efficiency,reduces labor cost and creates economic value for the enterprise.This paper refers to the manual processing process of the production line of the enterprise and combines the functional requirements of the production line proposed by the enterprise.Firstly,the system prototype is designed based on Solidworks3D modeling software.The system prototype is composed of material vehicle and fixed frame,and the feasibility is verified.The system functions of automatic production line for loading and unloading are mainly realized by feeding mechanism,turnover mechanism,unloading mechanism and auxiliary mechanical arm.Delta dvp-80ehplc is selected as the system control core,delta dop-107bv touch screen is selected as the upper computer,and delta asda-a2 series is selected as the servo control system.Secondly,after the selection of hardware,the I/O point distribution of each mechanism of the system was designed,the system ladder diagram and the upper computer program were written,and the Ethernet communication between the device end and the machine end was established.Finally,before the equipment is put into production,the onsite running debugging and testing records of the loading and unloading system are made,and the running results are analyzed.The whole scheme design is feasible,which can meet the requirements of automatic loading and unloading of the production line.In this paper,through the mutual cooperation of various institutions of the system to complete the complex production line flow,to achieve the function of automatic loading and unloading,to achieve the goal of 8 hours of unmanned automatic operation,the production line instead of manual operation,make the whole production become efficient,reduce the labor intensity of production.
