The computer is developing more and more rapidly,and the volume of chips are getting smaller and smaller.From daily life to the defense industry,embedded systems in various fields has more and more widely used.Various techniques have also been developed,while the Linux operating system with an open,powerful network functions and stable performance of its code has been widely adopted.In this paper,I use the ICETEK-OMAPL138 development board as the test board,OMAPL138 is produced by TI and it is dual-core processor.Respectively,TMS320C6748 DSP processor and the ARM926EJ-S processor ARM9,DSP can be multiplied up to 485 MHz and also ARM can be multiplied up to 300 MHz.In this study,based on the development board to complete Uboot,Linux kernel uImage to compile and transplantation,and build the software development environment,and also install the virtual machine to install Ubuntn10.04.And build the cross-tool chain environment,set up NFS network file system and the TFTP service,and download and boot file system.The main functions of this experiment is based on the vector miss distance measurement system to complete monitor the device using TCP,UDP and IP network protocol to transmiss data;the u Image kernel increases the SATA drive to complete SATA data storage and output;And achieve the functions that DSP core communication to ARM core.
