Chronic disease management project is divided into two sub-projects,telephone network pedometer;Chronic disease management design.1)Pedometers have a lot of species,but they are all based on the Bluetooth or the Internet to transmit data.complicated operation is not suitable for patients,not suitable for nurses and patients to communicate.In this design,a pedometer transmits data via the telephone network,data is included in cell phone text message,text messages are sent directly to nurses on the information platform,so the patient can transfer data without a smart phone or PC.The pedometer uses a radio signal generator which is inexpensive and convenient.Pedometer supports both automatic and manual transmission modes.Pedometer step count recognition algorithm is difficult to design,the algorithm captures periodic walking movements for the self-learning methods to identify steps.This algorithm is more advanced than the traditional analysis based on Z-axis data.2)Chronic disease management design.Paper designs a monitoring system for the chronic disease patients,patients wear a pedometer,pedometer steps are regularly passed to the database.Patients use blood pressure instrument and blood glucose instrument to monitor their own physiological parameters,then pass the data through a Bluetooth device to the Android phone.Android phone transmits data via network,the nurses regularly visit the Web site to view patients information,make health advice.For patients with severe disease,the nurse will make an appointment clinic.Patients visit the Web site or operate Android application or answer the phone to get the feedback from the nurses.
